By using Vix Express Delivery services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Vix Express Delivery provides logistics and courier services including air freight, ocean freight, road freight, warehousing, and customs clearance across the United States and internationally.

3. Liability

Vix Express Delivery is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, acts of God, customs delays, or carrier issues. Liability for lost or damaged goods is limited to declared value subject to insurance terms.

4. Prohibited Items

We do not accept hazardous materials, illegal items, or goods prohibited by law. You are responsible for proper packaging and accurate declaration of contents.

5. Payment

All rates quoted are subject to change. Payment is due upon invoicing unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
